Gentle Yoga
(This class is on hold for now. We look forward to returning in person once it is safe to practice together without a facemask!) Gentle yoga practice suitable for beginners as well as yogis looking for a slower, more introspective practice. We will explore the basic principles of alignment and learn how to listen to our bodies and stay safe in our yoga practice. This class will also include some breath work and restorative poses to help you relax and renew. Wear comfortable clothes, bring a yoga mat and a block.
